Animal Sourcing & Preparation

All animals are sourced, slaughtered, and delivered in accordance with Islamic guidelines and standards.

Delivery

Delivery will start on the first day of Eid al-Adha. Customers will be contacted before dispatch to confirm their preferred delivery date and timeslot.

Pre-Order Deadline

Pre-orders will close on 25th of May, or earlier if booking capacity is reached.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All orders are final. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations, modifications, or refunds will not be accepted.
