To prepare 1 cup serving (230ml): take 3 treaspons cornflour (15g) and add 2 tablespoons (30ml) of cold water, mix well to prepare a smooth paste. Then heat (230ml) of milk and add the paste, add 1 teaspoon sugar (5g) or sweeten to taste. Continue heating and stir continuously until it thickens, when cool, chill and serve
