Campaign Terms and Conditions:

A – General Terms of Campaign:

1. This campaign is valid from 25 August 2022 and ends on 29 September 2022 (the “Term”).

2. This promotion is valid for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia residents at all Carrefour Hypermarkets stores and Carrefour Online (the “Stores”).

3. Saudi Hypermarkets Company, its branches, subsidiaries, and sister companies (the “Company”) shall not be liable to you if you suffer any financial loss or damage from our refusal to allow you to take part in the promotion or our withdrawal of the promotion or any failure or inability by you to use the promotion for any reason.

4. These terms and any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

5. Bulk buyers or wholesalers are not allowed to participate in this campaign. Three (3) or more units from “Electronics” of the same item in the same transaction is considered bulk. Ten (10) or more units from “Grocery” or any other section of the same item in the same transaction is considered bulk. Split Transactions are not allowed (these are consecutive purchases from the same customer).

6. If any fraudulent activity is detected related to this offer, the Company reserves the right to withhold the prizes, and a replacement winner will be selected from the original participants.

7. This promotion is not available to any Majid Al Futtaim Group employees, including Majid Al Futtaim Retail.

8. The offer cannot be combined with other promo codes or vouchers.

Transactions on Samsung Pay or Apple Pay or mada cards are not eligible for the offer.

B – Promotion details:

9. Register and enter the free draw for a chance to win exciting prizes such as Carrefour eGift cards worth SAR 100 or SAR 200 (Redeemable on in-store purchases only)

10. For increased chances of winning, spend SAR 350 with eligible VISA cards issued through local banks in KSA, in participating Stores for a chance to WIN exciting gifts such as:

a) Carrefour eGift cards worth SAR 100 or SAR 200 or SAR 300 or SAR 500 (Redeemable on in-store purchases only)

b) 1 FIFA World CupTM Opening Match Packages

c) 4 FIFA World CupTM Group Stage Packages

11. Multiple entries are allowed during the campaign period, if it meets the eligibility criteria.

12. The winners for raffle draw (open for all customers) will be picked after the campaign period before 1st Oct and the winners will be sent an email with their eGift Card

13. The eGift Card can be used partially until the amount is finished or up to one year after activation whichever comes first. This will be sent to the winners by email as per the email shared in the draw entry form.

14. Winners of the FIFA Packages will receive an email, followed by a call from the Carrefour Customer Service team to collect their details along with their nominated companion, which will be shared with Visa for the purpose of organizing logistics. The winner must share all details before 08 October 2022, to claim the prizes successfully, along with a copy of their original purchase receipt. Should the winner’s information not be shared by the cutoff date, or if the Company is unable to contact the winners, a replacement winner will be selected from the original participants. “Tickets to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, whether awarded as a prize and/or are included as part of a promotion, must be accepted as awarded and are subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such tickets from time to time by FIFA. Such terms and conditions are contained in the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of Tickets and the Stadium Code of Conduct (which can be reviewed at www.fifa.com/tickets). By accepting tickets as a prize and/or as part of a promotion, the holder is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions.” Winners must issue a visa for Qatar and ensure that their passports are valid until July 1, 2023 as a minimum (with a minimum of 3 blank pages).

Once the winners are registered with Visa, they will receive further communications from the Visa team with details of packages/business seats, links to download their tickets, and any further applications needed (e.g., Hayya card).
