Basic directions to prepare al alali cake: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C ). Grease round pan 20cm diameter. Blend, in a deep bowl, at low speed one pocket of al alali white cake mix with three egg whites, one and one fourth cups cold water (315 ml), one third cup oil (75ml). Beat the mixture for 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour the batter into the pan. Bake at 350°F (180°C ) or gas mark 4 for 40-45 minutes. 1 1/4 cup cold water (315ml), 1/3 cup oil (75ml), 3 egg whites 39x27x2.5cm rectangle - 31-34 minutes 24-28 cup cake (2/3 full) - 15-20 minutes 12 cup bundt cake pan - 45-50 minutes Two 20cm round - 35-40 minutes Two 23cm round - 30-35 minutes
