Oteeto K6 Kids Tablet – 7″, 6 GB RAM, 128 GB

Dear Carrefour Customer Care Team, I am writing regarding my recent order for the two Oteeto K6 Kids Tablets (Order No: 682010010993865, Ticket No: 11732316). Both tablets are facing serious issues; they are lagging heavily, and on one of them, Google won't even install and it just stays stuck on the loading screen. Both units are practically useless and not working properly. Since both of these devices are defective, I do not want a replacement of this same model. Instead, I request a full refund or an exchange for a different, better-quality model. I have already shared the video showing the issues and attached the invoice for your reference. Kindly process my request as soon as possible. Regards, Zafar Shah Phone: +966510134590
